What is the return policy?
- All class registrations are Final and Non-refundable
- We do not issue refunds once a purchase is completed due to the nature of educational services (training classes, certifications, and digital products).
Can I reschedule my class?
Yes. You may reschedule one time with at least 24 hours’ notice. If you don’t contact us in time, your class fee may be forfeited or require a new registration.
CNA Exam Prep & Training
Does your CNA prep guarantee certification?
Our CNA exam prep courses help you review and practice for your CNA exam, but completion does not guarantee state certification. Certification decisions are determined by your state’s testing authority.

When will I receive my certification card (eCard)?
After successful completion of your course and skills evaluation, the AHA will issue your eCard. eCards are usually emailed within 24–72 hours after class. If you haven’t received it within that time, check your spam folder or contact us.
What do I do if I didn’t get my eCard?
Make sure your email address was entered correctly at registration. If you still haven’t received it after 72 hours, contact us for help.
